Q: Why does mine turn off?
A: The reason your PET might be turning off could be one of three things:
1. The batteries might be low on power and may need to be replaced, these baterries are for demonstration purposes and are not meant to last long periods of time.
2. If the PET has not been touched in over three minutes then the PET will go idle and turn off automatically, to turn it on simply just press any button and it will turn on
3. If you hold down the left button on your PET to turn if off, if you do this you must leave it alone for a couple of minutes, after that time period has passed HOLD DOWN the left button again and it should turn on.
